At Haanmi, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our ladies’ fashionwear. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our returns and exchanges are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.

Eligibility and Product Condition

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in slightly used condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Personalized items or items marked as final sale are excluded from returns.

Return Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Method

All returns and exchanges are processed by mail. Customers are required to download and print the return shipping label provided by Haanmi. Our store will bear the cost of the return shipping label, so you will incur no out-of-pocket shipping fees for eligible returns.

Exchanges

Exchanges for the same item or another product of equal value are fully accepted. Customers should indicate their preference for an exchange when initiating the return process.

Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees for any eligible returns or exchanges.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days. The refunded amount will be returned in MYR to your original payment method.
